Olivier Ker Ourio, considered as L ’ heir to Toots Thielemans, is recognized today like one of the best harmonicists of jazz! In the six albums recorded to date under its name, the compositions of this wire of the Meeting reveal a world poetic, lyric, nourished unusual harmonies and rates/rhythms.

Olivier Ker Ourio presents to us his whole nouvea uprojet with enticing casting where it invites best French jazz, André Ceccarelli with the battery and Emmanuel Bex with the Hammond Organ, at the sides of the embematic Belgian guitarist Philip Catherine, a crossing of sounds, styles, personalities which should hold quite beautiful surprises!

Eric Lann, trumpet player D ’ exception, passed by various styles without however disavowing his identity of jazzman. This group of jazz-rock'n'roll montpelliérain was born under L ’ impulse from Patrice Soletti, type-setter and musician coming from the jazz, the rock'n'roll and the impromptu musics.

This unit, dedicated to the electric guitar and the sound, S ’ amuses formatting, integrated stereotypes then they shifts, leaves in skew, creates strange forms. They are presented like coming from the movement Pop Art: recoveries, merry diversions, joinings, accumulations “ noisy ”, use D ’ usual objects to prepare the guitars, minimalism, œ uvres transitory, use of technologies …

L ’ Jazz association in Junas decided to propose, at the time of this first part, a group of Catalan jazz.
